PRICES
The pricelist reflects designer net prices available to the trade with a valid resale license. A 50% deposit is required to initiate orders and all balances including any freight charges, are due prior to shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please request a quote for custom sizes, materials, details, and finishes. All custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
A 50% percent deposit is required to enter an order into production. The balance is due in full upon completion of the order prior to shipping. Cancellations accepted after production begins may forfeit the deposit.
SHIPPING
All shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and will be added to the final invoice. Carbonell Design Studio Inc. can provide shipping quotes and/or references when requested. All items are inspected carefully prior to shipping. It is the responsibility of the delivery company to ensure that products arrive safely and in a timely manner. All shipments should be inspected by the recipient upon arrival for any damages caused in transit and noted on freight bill before it is signed by delivery company and recipient. All freight claims are the responsibility of the customer.
DESIGNS
All Carbonell Design Studio Inc. designs are protected by copyright. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials used and handmade process and applications. Standard lead time is 8-10 weeks unless otherwise noted and may vary depending on item(s) ordered and quantity.
UL LISTING
Products are not UL listed unless requested at the time of order. Please consult all rules, regulations, and codes regarding the electrical listing requirements for your intended application. Note for UL compliance, cord change may be required on some designs.
$75 UL listing charge per unit.
WARRANTY
Carbonell Design Studio Inc. warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of receipt by customer or receiving warehouse, whichever is sooner. This warranty does not apply to breakage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or wear resulting from normal use. Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product. Carbonell Design Studio Inc. does not warrant finishes against fading and oxidizing.
FINISHES/SAMPLES
Although we strive to consistently match our finish samples to the final product, all items are finished individually by hand and therefore slight variations in color, tone and texture will occur. No guarantee can be made of an exact match. If requested, a sample of any of our finishes will be provided once the 50% deposit for an order has been received. All samples must be returned, along with the accompanying approval form signed by the purchaser, before the order can proceed.
